Spirent TestCenter: When performing the arp, streamblock status turns to yellow, but after apply turns the status to green. Why?

Answer

When we perform arp and if it doesn't get resolved the status of streamblock turns yellow.
But, after we click on Apply, streamblock gets reactivated on ports clearing its current arp status, as a result it turns into green.
