Avalanche: How to troubleshoot if after upgrading 3100B appliance from 3.39 to 4.42 comes back with old IP address?

4.42 built 1556

Answer

Please follow the below steps to correct this:

  • Delete the appliance from commander and quit the commander.

  • Re-launch the commander and add the current IP address of the appliance.

  • change the subnet mask, default gateway and DNS address.

  • Reserve the desired ports
