iTest: How to transfer text files from Windows to Linux machine using iTest?

Environment/Versions
  • Spirent iTest
  • Bitvise SSH server
  • WinSCP server

Steps to perfrom this action:

  • Install and start Bitvise SSH server in the windows machine.
     
  • Install WinSCP SSH server in the windows machine
     
  • Create SSH session in iTest and connect to localhost. Here Bitvise SSH server will use to connect to the local machine.
     
  • From the SSH session terminal go to the WinSCP installation path.
     
  • Here is the command to copy files to remote machine.

    Syntax: winscp.com <username>:<password>@<Remote_machine_ip> /command "put <source> <destination>
