Spirent TestCenter: How to change the role of the Openflow controller after connecting to the switch?

Use “Send Role Request” option to change the role of the Spirent TestCenter Openflow controller. Below are the steps,
 

1. Navigate to “Openflow” tab, right click on the controller and select “Openflow” -> “Send Role Request”.
2. Select the Openflow device and use the drop down option in “Controller Role” to change the role. Also, change the “Generation ID”. (Note: Generation ID must be greater than the previous one.)
