The 4 LEDs labeled 03, 02, 01, 00 on the Main Coprocessor module, 6941B-31, indicate the following:

LED 03 02 01 00
Boot Up - Failure red - power failure red - clock failure red - hardware reset red or red+green - BIOS failure
Post Boot - Failure red (blinking or solid) - temp. exceeded red (blinking or solid) - temp. exceeded red (blinking or solid) - temp. exceeded red (blinking or solid) - temp. exceeded
Post Boot - Normal green green green (blink) or off off
