Positioning Application: Why is the Galileo E5 signal power not the same as the ICD specifies?

Environment/Versions

PosApp / SimGEN / REPLAY / REPLAYplus
ICD specifies the reference level is -155dBm but PosApp specifies -152dBm

Answer

PosApp simulates both components of the E5 signal (A+B)
- The combination of these power levels equates to -121.9897dBW - Hence we reference -122dBW
