Steps to get TCL supported for STC 4.15 version.

1.       Type the below link and sign in. If you don't have an account, can create one.
           support.spirent.com
2.       Click on the Downloads tab in the web page.
3.       Change the release type to Archived release from general release.
4.       Click on the Old Archived releases List.
5.       From the available list, select 4.15 Csc download items.
6.       From the new list came, select TCL 8.4.13.
