iTest: Need to replace the tethereal with wireshark in Linux machine to generate package.

If we run a Spirent TestCenter test case the response format is different in Linux and windows for a step which has DHCP protocol. The root cause for this is iTest is using "tshark" tool of wireshark to generate package in Windows whereas Linux iTest is using "tethereal".
