GSS7700, GSS8000: Why do I get error message 'IQ Balance Failed' when running a PCAL

  1. This could be because the system has not been calibrated correctly
    • Please view FAQ10505 for a complete list of calibration procedures
  2. If the relevant calibration procedure has been followed and the error message is still present please contact Global Services, support@spirent.com or raise an SR using the 'submit a service request' link on the right hand side of this page
  3. Please provide results obtained from the calibration results for 'Carrier Breakthrough' and 'Image Rejection' sections
