I encoutered multiple issue where the SAPEE test fails even if the configuration is fine.
This happens when you have the huge delay added to pcap which imported to SAPEE.
Here is one similar issue:
After importing pcap to SAPEE, I found that the streams has very large delays, some of them were more than 17sec which is allowing the test to unsuccessful.
I have corrected the stream under SAPEE editor with small delays in place as running SAPEE on AV must be of small delays. As per observation when delay or more than 1000ms the client sends RST flag.
