STCLive PM: Why are some switches not showing up in Switches Configuration List, Summary Report, Collection Status? Why is the Default Collection Type showing None and has no choices available when edit?
STCLive PM: All versions.
There is a problem with the STCLive PM GUI processes. To resolve stop and start the PM GUI. This will not affect PM Collections or users testing in STCLive T&D, only will affect users in the PM GUI.
As user smartsys:
verify status number is "120" and, Tomcat Web Server and Application Server is NOT running.
