Environment/Versions While testing ISIS-SR, We have run into seemingly some interaction between ISIS-SR and BGP configurations. Once we add ISIS-SR capability and prefix SID to configuration, BGP connections no longer establish. We are not announcing any segment routing capability nor prefix SID On ports 1/3 and 1/4. On ports 1/1 and 1/2, ISIS and BGP all work fine. On ports 1/3 and 1/4, ISIS works fine (I see the correct capabilities, and I see the prefix SID). However, when my DUT reaches out to the Spirent, the Spirent sends back a RST right after the 3-way handshake. Version 4.66 Answer CR#01149870 Issue fixed in 4.67
