Tech X Flex NG : Why am I unable to run speed test. Flex reporting cannot run speed test while the admin or wifi is active.

Problem : When trying to run a speed test, the Flex will report "Unable to run speed test while the admin or wifi is active and the admin Wi-fi was not turned on on activated. Something hung in the unit.

​Resolution :Remove Flex powercord and battery for a few minutes so that the Flex can lose its memory.
