Customer Service Center

Answer Click on the down arrow next to the System Status. This view will display different metrics of the system. The displayed metrics refer to the configured thresholds for each data function within the system.   If the thresholds are crossed (either over or under), the system will update the status by changing the font of the metric to yellow or red.
