GSS6700: Can I switch channels on and off at 1 second rate?

MS spec 3067 states an SIR of 10ms when running with only 1 constellation and 100ms if running multiple constellations
User action commands can be created to control the simulation at the system iteration rate, therefore channel switching or power switching is possible at 1 second intervals.
