Spirent TestCenter: When would RFC-3918 not allow max rate to be configured to 100%?
Answer
This could happen if a user selected the wrong stream blocks.
RFC-3918 allows user to manually select the stream blocks that will be transmitted.
If configuration has stream blocks sending to clients that are not joining the group then this issue could occur.
User needs to select the correct stream blocks when using the manually select option.
