REACT: Getting status message “Client security level is not compatible with the server configuration” when trying to change a password.

The compatibility mode is not set on your admin.exe icon.
The user_password.rules file is missing from either your pc, or the host.
The user_password.rules file is not in the data directory of the diversified instance if working in failover mode -- /hekimian/react-2001/system/diversity/<DBD Instance>/root/hekimian/react-2001/system/data.
