Temeva: Methodology Center - How to establish BGP with DUT that is using Router ID?

Temeva Methodology Center
Router's can use a Router ID that is different from the interface to establish BGP.
Currently Methodology Center assumes to use the interface address.
An enhancement has been opened 4/17/2018 to support using DUT with a router ID.
