Answer

For the PM EOAM (TST-SLA) test, the packets are padded at the interface to reach 64 bytes. The probe's log_frames capture program captures the frames prior to the interface adding the padding. The PM EOAM frames are the only frames that are captured prior to the padding and other captures will have the minimum Ethernet Frame size of 64 Bytes.
