When creating the devices on Spirent TestCenter Application At the Select Encapsulation screen check the Number of VLAN headers and type how many headers will the frame include. You can set the VLANs configuration at the Configure VLANs window. You can also check and modify the VLANs configuration after using the Configuration Wizard.  Please select the All Devices view on Spirent TestCenter Application, and under Emulated Device Tab: Validate that the Encapsulation field includes VLAN, if it's not, you can click on the field of the device in which you will add the VLAN header, then on the ellpisis and check the VLAN header (as mentioned in previously). Under that same tab, but scrolling to the right you will find the VLAN information and you can modify it if required by double clicking at any field.
