Spirent TestCenter: Is Spirent have any line card to support QSFP56 optics and cable?

Spirent does not have SFP56 ports, however, Spirent does support QSFP56 optics and cables in their QSFP-DD ports. 

CMIS (Common Management Interface Specification) can run on older QSFP optics.  

Looking at SFF-8024 Table 4-1 Identifier Values, can see that 0x1E is defined as QSFP+ or later with CMIS.  A QSFP56 could use this identifier. Older QSFP28s (and some QSFP56s) are programmed with 0x11 to indicate that they are implementing SFF-8636:
