Only removing the Spirent TestCenter directory should be enough:

            rm -r -f  Spirent_Testcenter_5.10

There may be some logs files that might remain, but it does not affect, If you wan to delete these file your do:

            rm -r -f  /home/user/Spirent/TestCenter 5.10/
