On Spirent end, for 2x40G and 8x10G you must use CFP2 SR10 optics:
ACC-6084A OPTICAL TRANSCEIVER CFP2100GBASE-SR10 MMF
2x40G breakout adapter / cable: ACC-1025A
8x10G breakout adapter / cable: ACC-1026A
