Answer
Open Spirent TestCetner, connect to a chassis, and reserve one port.
Create an emulated device, and configure it as a DHCP server.
Select
Indiscriminate Pools
as the
Address Assign Strategy;
limit hosts in default pool to
0
.
Start the DHCP Server.
