This release notes document is for the latest Spirent TestCenter software base packages, test packages, and hardware. Click the attached PDF to open the release notes.
The following is a partial list of new content that is being introduced as part of this release.
Hardware:

• TSN: Pre-emption capability added for Spirent fX2 10/100/1000ME SFP 4-ports, 8-ports, 12-ports, and 16-ports cards

• TSN: New Pre-emption Wizard
  • New Conformance Test Suite for testing TCP conformance as per RFC 1122, RFC 2018  

• Configuration of setup and tear-down rates at the device block level for PPPoE, DHCPv6, DHCP-PD
• BGP Route Import functionality for PNv4/v6
• Segment Routing:
  • Support for SR multi-capability in the IS-IS/OSPF LSP Generator
  • SR-TE Wizard support for IS-IS IPv4, IS-IS IPv6 and dual stack mode
  • SR-TE Wizard added a checkbox "Enable Simplified Segment Routing" in the SR-TE Convergence and LSP Generation wizards
  • Support for BGP IPv6 routes over ISISv6 SR
• Method B support for RFC 3918 Join/Leave Latency test
• EVPN/VXLAN Emulation:
  • EVPN Configure MAC Mobility Wizard now supports moving VMs from one host port to another host port behind DUT
  • EVPN MPLS Wizard now supports enabling multihoming for emulated PEs
  • VXLAN EVPN Overlay Wizard now supports router reflector emulation
  • Supports sending ARP/ND in VXLAN EVPN Learning Mode for VMs
  • Supports emulating IGMP/MLD clients over VXLAN with EVPN Learning Mode 
• New Spirent TestCenter Automation HLTAPI features and enhancements:
  • EVPN Wizard Support:  HLTAPI now provides commands equivalent to the Spirent TestCenter GUI wizard functionality
  • emulation_device_config command:  support starting and stopping all emulated devices under a specified port for BGP, IS-IS,
    OSPF and DHCP protocols emulaton_igmp_info command:  Fetch multiple pages of results
  • emulation_dhcp_group_config command:  Multiple DHCP Custom Options are now supported
  • emulation_ldp_route_config command:  support for lists of handles
  • traffic_config command: LACP PDU configuration support
  • traffic_config command: VLAN priority for inner and outer VLANs can be modified after loading XML configuration files
  • traffic_config command:  the ability to send DHCP information packets in streamblocks is now supported
  • .db file paths can now be re-named as per the config file loaded via a script
•  Spirent Telemetry (Analytics) service, allows Spirent to perform analytics of anonymous usage data, feature currently only enabled via Windows installer
