Spirent TestCenter Release Notes (5.04)

Summary

This release notes document is for the latest Spirent TestCenter software base packages, test packages, and hardware. Click the attached PDF to open the release notes.
The following is a partial list of new content that is being introduced as part of this release.
The New Features document includes detailed descriptions of each new feature and many helpful GUI screen captures. 
Hardware

  • Multi-gig: 2.5G, and 10G with mGig transceiver; includes BPK-1367
    • 100MB/1G/5G speeds are beta in 5.04
  • C50-KIT-24-START -  New C50 configuration with 4 x NIC-63
  • PX3 400G Routing scale enhancement – Tx 1K Stream Block Support
 
Software
OpenFlow Switch Emulation is not supported in Spirent TestCenter release 5.04. Support will be added back in Spirent TestCenter release 5.05.
