Summary This guide provides the pre-configuration steps to enable a successful setup and launch of Spirent TestCenter™ Virtual on Azure™.. The scope of the setup is shown in the diagram.  The configuration described in the guide includes key services such as Virtual Networks (VNets) and Compute Services.
