Answer   In NDIS mode, the device becomes network adaptor in the client PC. When running the test, client software does not initial dialup connection. Instead, when the device detects signal from the network, it is supposed to register and setup connection and get IP address from the network. So device utility is required to turn on in order to setup connection, the user needs to open the utility manually and make connection during testing. Or the user should configure the utility to be on and automatic making connection upon receiving signal.
