How do I collect the debug trace from a Test Server without Performance Accelerator enabled on Landslide?
From Landslide menu, select Admin -> Test Servers or click on Test Server Admin icon from the Toolbar.
For a test Server without the Performance Accelerator feature – Its status will indicate “READY”.
Click on the Logs button to open Log files window.
Select the Debug files to save and hold the CTRL key for multiple files selection. Collect the most recent files with ts.log and ts_1.log files starting with extensions .9, .8, .7, .6…etc. Please use the timestamp for reference.
Click on Retrieve to upload the selected ts.log and ts_1.log files to the designated folder on your client PC
Once the upload is successfully completed, click on the close button.
