Answer Insure crontabs, in general are working. There was an issue in the past where no hlisys crons were being executed. The total number of processes that could be started at one time (100) has been reached due to a “heatbeat” process running but not going away. IT, killed those procs and commented out the heartbeat entry in a crontab.
