Spirent TestCenter: How to enable/upload/retrieve the protocol logs?
Environment/Versions
Spirent TestCenter.
Answer
Connect to the chassis and reserve the ports.
Go to
Tools/Equipment Information…
at top menu.
Go to the Port Group tab, locate the port on which you would like to enable the logs.
Right-click on the port, go to
Enable Logging
, and select the protocol.
Choose debug level.
Logging is now enabled.
Proceed to run the test to demonstrate the issue (start device, start traffic, etc…)
Open again the
Equipment information
window, right-click on the port, and select the
Upload Port Group Logs.
It will open a pop-up window with the log file location.
Be sure to Disable All Logging when done.
