In most cases – there is no problem installing the software, as long as you have administrator privileges. However some companies use a Software Management program that does not allow 3rd party programs to be installed, unless they are on the safe list. If you have a Software Management program installed on your system, check with your IT department, so that Spirent software can be marked as safe to install.
