In STC Live T&D why are the active, passive and coordinated choices greyed out after making initial access?

Answer

The user permissions are not setup for testing.  Contact your administrator to get the appropriate group permissions setup.
testUser:
Allows general access to service access and test without CIR limitations
and limited access to administrative functionality including password
management. This user can view information about resources and the
inventory but cannot make any changes to the database. This role is
generally appropriate testers who do not require any sort of test type or
 bandwidth restrictions.
Capture/Decode User:
Adds the ability to run protocol decodes/packet capture analysis at
passive access points, for test equipment that supports it. This role
should be selected in addition to testUser in order to add the privilege.
Ethernet Passive Tester:
Allows access and test related to passive Ethernet testing only, as well
as the limited administrative functionality of testUser. Passive testing
includes passive data, VoIP, and video tests which do not transmit any
traffic onto the customer network. Active testing is forbidden, unless a
corresponding active testing role is also selected.
Ethernet Active Low Bandwidth:
Allows access and test related to active Ethernet testing considered
“low bandwidth” only, as well as the limited administrative functionality
of testUser. “Low bandwidth” tests include Ethernet tests such as Ping
and Traceroute, and VoIP tests such as active calling. Passive testing is
forbidden, unless a corresponding passive testing role is also selected.
 Ethernet Active Tester:
Allows unlimited access and test related to active Ethernet data, voice,
and video testing, as well as the limited administrative functionality of
testUser. Passive testing is forbidden, unless a corresponding passive
 testing role is also selected.
