The Quality Index is calculated using path data. The formula used is:
QI = (Time period in seconds - (ES + SES + UAS) ) / Time period * 100
Where Time period is 86400 seconds for daily collections. For Frequent PM it will be either 900 seconds for NE Types that do 15-minute collections or 3600 seconds for NE Types that do 60-minute collections.
For Frequent PM an additional index is saved to the database, Availability Index. It is calculated as:
AI = (Time period in seconds - (UAS) ) / Time period * 100
