In order to avoid any possible damage to the equipment during a power outage or when you power down an Abacus unit, please perform the followings:-
1. If you have any test in progress, stop the test. 2. After the test is stopped, disconnect the system from the GUI. 3. Power off the system using the power switch equipped in the unit. 4. After the power is restored, you may switch on the power and resume your testings.
Please ensure you are not performing any critical task, such as system / firmware upgrade, when there is a possibility of power outage. This may result in a corruption of the system controller flash disk.
