You may see from test manager for below error:
If you can check the comm.log, you will see below error message in the same timestamp that Test Manager displayed.
<AirAccess3420> 1/06/2012 13:52:32.046: Access Denied: AAHS password must have GPRS enabled!
Please make sure you have the option :
WCDMA-HS-GPRS-SW (8100-CFG-GPRS)
