How to check Logging Framework is running for LTE products for E2010S

Answer

 To check if the logging is stopped on the box:

-       Go to Task Manager

-       Click on Process tab

-       It has NOT  to appear the processes “Log Agent Crl.exe” and ”Viewers Controller Service.exe”

-       If it appears these processes , click on both and click on Process finish

To check if the logging is started on your controller PC:

-       Go to Task Manager

-       Click on Process tab

-       It has  to appear the processes “Log Agent Crl.exe” and ”Viewers Controller Service.exe”

Check this and  if you still can´t see the log,  do the follow:

-       Uninstall logging on the box

-       Uninstall logging on your controller PC

-       Install logging on the box

-       Install logging on your controller PC

-       Run test case again
