When performing Mobile IP for Verizon's lab testing, the following Mobile IP parameters must be set to the following values:
AAA Spi=2
Home Agent Spi=300
NAI=xxxxxxx@vzw3g.com (where xxxxxxx is the mobile's MIN)
Both secret data is set to "secret"
