Sometimes, when you do LTE product test, you may see the enable call processing failure from the eAirAccess GUI,
When this happens, you can check from the DLS or comm.log under the corresponding product, for. example, if you are testing SVLTE 1X, you can check from CDMAComm 10-4-2012.6.53.32.AM.log in below line:

You can see from the red line that we will configure the fading and noise properties for the E2010S, if the box do not have the proper license enabled, it should have some failure,
