You can generate Tcl test scripts from the tests you create in the Layer 4-7 Application. The resulting Tcl test files (a test configuration file and a Tcl test script) are stored in the specified output directory. You must specify a TclAPI directory and a Test Output directory. After the operation has been successfully completed, a new directory with all of the required files will be created. You can start your test by executing following command - tclsh test.tcl. Note: If you checked the Portable Test checkbox while converting the test, you should also define the environment variable named SPIRENT_TCLAPI_ROOT that will point to the TclAPI directory.
