How to fix when a response divided to multiple lines automatically causes a failure on response analysis in iTest

Answer

The response from DUT is shown with multiple lines on iTest even though it should be a single line usually, which causes a failure of analysis rules that we configured for the response. This phenomena occurs on a certain PCs, even though when we execute the same test case toward the same DUT from other iTest machines.

To overcome this we can increase the terminal width globally for all the test cases associated with the specific test or we can increase it specific to only particular test case.

To increase it globally, modify the terminal width in the session profile in the additional session profile properties (More>>) > Terminal > Size > Change Terminal Width

To increase it locally specific to test case, Go to step properties of the open step > Telnet session properties > Terminal > Size > Change Terminal Width
