Spirent Test Center does not support the full implementation of OSPF Virtual Link. There are attributes in the OSPF LSA that enable some featured of OSPF Virtual Link but you will never be able to form a full adjacency with the OSPF virtual link. When Testing with Test Center Conformance the test cases that require testing for OSPF virtual link does work correctly.
