We cannot start the session profile with parameters substitution in the session properties. As the parameters are evaluated only in run time, if we insert parameter in the session profile and try to start session it will throws an error “Unable to substitute "[param paramname]”: Parameter 'paramname' does not exist”.
Instead we can pass the parameters in a test case under the step properties of Open action.
