Yes Test Center does support using OSPF type 8 and 9. You can create this with using the OSPF LSA Wizard and check marking Traffic Engineering check box. You can create Opaque LSA manually by selecting EDIT LSA under OSPF tab and selecting the Opaque tab. Also MPLS wizards that use Traffic Engineering will automatically create these LSA types when using OSPF as the IGP.
