GNSS Positioning Simulator: During a calibration, how can I turn off a channel if more than one is running?

Environment/Versions
  • During calibration of any of the following simulator models
    • STR4730 / 4750 / 4760 / 4780 / 4790
    • GSS7700 / 7735 / 7790 / 7800 / 7900
    • GSS8000
  • Using the IEEE/IP String Send utility to control the simulator
Answer
  1. Click the "SDC" button OR send command = SDC! <-- resets all channels
  2. Resend the command that turns on the last channel you wanted to use

OR

  1. Decide which channel you want to turn off
  2. Send command = CHANx CAL0

where 'x' is the channel number, starting at zero for the first channel
