We need to follow the below steps to reflect the newly created user name in iTest Lab Optimizer administration-> users page:

1. Create a new user by logging into iTE configure page from web browser.
2. Go back to ILO home page and login to ILO using the credentials of the newly created user.
3. Log out and login into ILO using the credentials of admin i.e using admin/admin.
4. Go to administration-> users page and now the newly created user name will be updated in the list.
