Answer
Configuring different device Blocks (one with PPPoE and the second one with PPPoL2TP) will give a popup message:
"Changing PPP mode from PPPoL2TP to PPPoE requires deleting all PPPoL2TP Emulated Devices on the port(s)."
Having both on the same port is not supported. Our protocol stack is either PPPoE “or” PPPoL2TP not “and”
