Avalanche: what version of SMB does the Avalanche support?

Answer
  • The Avalanche supports SMB(back to back and real server) and SMB2(real server only).  
  • Avalanche does not support SMB 2.1 dialect revision. If you specify 2.1, 2.002 will be used.
  • If you omit the DIALECT parameter, CIFSv1 will be used to run the test.
