Here with the steps:
1. New a SIP call flow to make the protocol editable on configure/Protocol Development, the default remained protocols are readonly.
2. Click the message on the right side, then input Time Interval value, the time interval value is the delay in milliseconds before Abacus 5000 sends a response.
