Answer

We can generate iTestRT standalone build from our self from iTest GUI installation. Following are the steps to generate iTestRT standalone build.

Go to iTest installation directory and find the directories iTestRT and jre.
Copy the jre folder to the iTestRT and zip it.
We can copy and extract this zipped file to another PC and run the test cases.
NOTE: From iTest 4.3, Spirent is providing a separate download for iTestRT which is available now at CSC
